Barb@zul consists of members José Ramírez and Lázaro Carrasco, and are from Barcelona. They are the first Spanish group of 'bear' aesthetic , which is very much in vogue today in the gay circuit.
Barb@zul is arousing great interest not only on the gay scene, but also in the media and general public. The public has expressed a positive reaction due to the freshness and originality of this promising duo.
Barb@zul debut at Apolo in Barcelona in 2007 and since then there are numerous performances in cities such as Madrid, Rome, London, Milan, Barcelona, Berlin and Seville
The due were considered candidates for Eurovision Song Contest in 2009 and they were elected to compose and sing the theme song of Barcelona gay pride (the first in 10 years)
For their first album, that will be on sale later this summer, Barb@zul have had the collaboration of the prestigious producer Luis Miguelez (Alaska y Dinarama, Fangoria, Glitter Klinik, Glamour to kill). As an advance, they release their first video-single "I Don't Care" which has been met with great success.
