In both North America and in Europe, you can’t look through many DJ playlists or dance music charts without encountering the name Michael Mind—the moniker of successful European production team Jens Kindervater and Frank Sanders.
With global dance hits like Blinded by the Light and Gotta Let You Go, Michael Mind focuses its sights now on the late 70’s smash rock hit, Baker Street penned and originally performed by Gerry Rafferty in 1978.
The original was a worldwide Top 10 track at the time, and it was ripe for a revisit in the dance vein, which Kindervater and Sander did with incredible style and finesse! In addition to the original Michael Mind club mix, we bring you a dub mix, as well as a treatment from Germany’s House Rockerz, a fearsome DJ foursome who brought the track even more life for the club floor.
