MIKE ANDREWS
When Mike Andrews started out in Cedar Rapids, Iowa he competed with college friends in various talent contests. Within 2 years, he won a college title and a cash prize of $1,000.
Mike Andrews teamed up with a DJ in Sweden because of his love of Euro music. Soon afterwords, he was asked by the CEO of American Idol's Jasmine Trias to do a dance remix of her hit single, Excuses.
Shortly afterwords, Mike had the opportunity to meet Cary August, CAPP Records in the bay area. Both gentlemen wanted to do original lyrics and music. The song, Dream was introduced to the world. With so many negative events in the news cycle, it was the goal of the songwriters to pen something about overcoming conflict and making it happen for yourself. QNation FM named "Dream" "Dance Song of the Year".
