Outer Sunset is the collaboration of Scott Brannon and Leo Frappier, both natives of the golden state of California.
Outer Sunset formed in 2007 when Scott Brannon and Leo Frappier decided to pool their talents and take over the world with their innovative music, driving beats and passionate songs. Reflections on the irony and of love and confessions on the dance floor became the theme of the songwriting.
In the summer of 2008 International DJ Superstar Paul Oakenfold, signed their debut single to Perfecto Records in the UK & USA “Feel My Magic” was released early 2009 to an eagerly awaiting world-wide audience.
Early Winter 2010, shopping their second single “Get A Train” (featuring singer/songwriter Sady Callaghan on vocals) to record labels led to a small bidding war!
On March 2, 2010, “Get A Train” was released on Camouflage Records a subsidiary of trance MEGA-label, Bonzaii Music in Belgium. “Get A Train” is available on all major digital music distribution portals all over the world, including iTunes, Beatport, Audio Jelly, and Amazon.com.
Creating a video was next on the agenda!! Co-partner Leo Frappier and two creative associates, Paul Brewer (Sweet Team/Sweet Feet) and editing whiz, Mikeee Carriere in Los Angeles put together six videos for the “Get A Train” remixes. This video trio is slated to film several new videos in 2010, and should be a push-team to watch.

Leo Frappier has a history as a producer, starting in the day of Disco Diva, Sylvester and Megatone records, to working with Country Chanteuse Crystal Gayle, punk meistress Nina Hagen, to the fiercest chart-topping divas of today, including remixes for Rihanna, Mary J. Blige, Debby Holiday, Caroline Lund and most recently with Kristine W. Leo also leads his own group, LFB (www.MySpace.com/LeoFrappierBand) and also collaborates with Paul Brewer as The Sweet Team and Sweet Feet Music (www.MySpace.com/SweetFeetMusic).
Scott Brannon is a newcomer to the music industry, but has a lifelong interest and passion for Dance Music, bringing new ideas and starting to work as a regular rotating DJ in San Francisco. Scott is currently on tour in Peru and Brazil. Outer Sunset is certain to be working on some great rhythmic music hearing such South American sounds and flavors.
Currently working on a new song “Musica Mas Alta,” Outer Sunset will be exploring Latin House as well as Trance and Progressive.
Newly working with promoter Barbara Sobel, Outer Sunset is excited to see many new opportunities and successes on the horizon, as a result of our association, with this dynamic lady!!!!
